Combe Grove is a 76-acre Estate in the Greenbelt on the edge of Bath, comprising a Country Club and Hotel with spa.
Colwyn Foulkes designed and delivered a full range of facilities including a sports club, swimming pool, spa, restaurant and 50hotel bedrooms. In addition, we provided a covered tennis court and a 9-hole golf course.
This development all took place within the green belt and adjacent to the retained listed buildings on site. It is now a very successful leisure club with full local membership.
